When do I get e-ticket ?

A : After you have made payment for your booking, we will soon send you the URL link of e-ticket through your email within 12 hours or ASAP if you do not see the email in your inbox (please check your junk mail folder also and please put our e-mail back to your regular inbox). You don’t need to print out your e-ticket. You can show the e-ticket from your mobile to our staff at the registration booth at the designated meeting point on your travel day. Our staff will guide you to the shuttle.

Ticket refundable ?

A: The Organiser takes this from an unexpected event that can not prevented natural disaster such as flood, earthquake, forest fire, There is no refundable in case of heavy rain that cause we can not operation lanterns releasing or will will wait until rain stop to continue the operation aspkossible. Government order which may be the reason the make the Yi Peng lantern festival can not  organise all ticket are non-refundable in all cases. Participants must agree to accept the risk. And 100% Non-refundable under any circumstance and who no show at the event or who attended event .

What kind of dress should I wear?

A : Participants are request to dress Polite clothing such as/Long pants/Short pants that cover knee/Polo/ T-shirt that cover shoulder/No Tank top. Or in Lanna Thai costume at your preference.

Children Policy ?

A : There is no age restrictions. Children under 8 Years old free of charge, Child sit with parent seat, no extra lanterns, No souvenir provide.Children can have dinner meal with parent. .Parent must take full responsibility for your own care. we will not be responsible for any issues that may arise order to follow the security policy and to avoid causing noise disturbance to other participants.

Drone, Smoking and Drinking policy?

A : alcohol drinking & Smoking are not allowed in the event. Drone is not allow at the venue area.
